Shipping:

• We are based in the U.S and ship to all 50 states, the United Kingdom, and Germany. If you would like to have an item shipped outside of these countries, please contact us and we will send you an invoice via PayPal once we have determined the cost of shipping.
• A signature is required for all orders at delivery.
• Please ensure that you are shipping to an address that has someone who can sign for your package. We are not responsible for packages returned to us because the carrier is unable to deliver and additional postage may be required if we have to ship your order again.

Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You must request a return authorization. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Returns can be made for any reason as long as the item has not been damaged and is in its original packaging. Items may be returned for exchange or refund.
• Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item. Please allow several days for your refund to be processed.
